Our telemedicine platform is HIPAA-compliant. By choosing a virtual visit, you consent to the electronic communication of health information through audio, video, and/or photo technology. While the platform is secure, we recommend ensuring privacy in your environment during the visit.

Preparing for Your Child’s Telemedicine Visit

Before your appointment with Dr. Yvrose Valcourt, please ensure the following:

• Use Google Chrome as your web browser.
• Enable your computer’s camera and microphone.
• Have your child’s current weight and temperature ready.
• Gather any medications your child is currently taking.
• Write down your main questions or concerns.
• Make sure your child is nearby for the visit.
• Do not conduct the visit from your car.
• Be prepared to wait up to 10 minutes for Dr. Valcourt to join the appointment.
